We built our packages to reflect what most couples choose for their wedding day. We always like to mention that everything is customizable so don’t hesitate o reach out for a custom quote to best fit your needs.

We insist on having a quick chat with you to run through your vision for your wedding day, hear more about you two as a couple, and for you to ask any questions you may have to make sure we are all on the same page and a great fit for each other.

We also hope that you treat this initial phone call seriously and that if you are scheduling a call with us that you have thoroughly reviewed our Pricing Guide and are close to pulling the trigger on booking with us.

We know that your time is extremely valuable to you (as ours is to us) and we don’t want to waste anyones time!

After our Discovery Call we will send you a proposal in the form of a contract so you can review the package that we chat about over the phone.

It may bring up some more questions so don’t hesitate to reach out for any additional information!

If everything looks good you can go ahead and sign the contract and put down your retainer fee. We ask for a 25% deposit to officially lock us in for your wedding and get you on our calendar. You’ll make the remaining payments through a predetermined schedule leading up to your wedding day.

Now you’re officially a part of the Two Birds Family!

Leading up to your wedding day we will send you a questionnaire to learn more about your wants and needs for your final videos.

We will want to know your preferences on music genres, audio moments, and more.

We will also want to stay in touch via social media! Instagram is the best way to stay up to date with what we are doing and to stay in touch.

A few weeks before your wedding we will have our final chat. We’re going to run through the timeline that you have built with your photographer and/or planner, answer any last questions you have, and get excited for a really fun day.

You sit back, relax, and enjoy this extremely special time and let us do all the heavy lifting!

Your Associate Shooters will show up at least 30 minutes early to the venue to scope out the lighting conditions of the day, meet with the day-of-coordinator or planner for your venue, and to capture some b-roll and detail shots of the venue.

They will make sure to adhere to the timeline but will use their expertise to “read the room” and make sure there is no added stress to your wedding day! There are always minor changes and a go-with-the-flow attitude is a MUST for our shooters and our couples.

Once you have tied the knot and the wedding day is a recent memory - we begin working our magic in the editing room!

You can expect your teaser first, we do our best to deliver them within two weeks of your wedding day.

You’ll receive the rest of your video collection within 3 months of your wedding day.
